1. Returns

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

Return Window: You must initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, clearance, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or received in error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective product:

5. Order Cancellations

Custom or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
